This is going to be very bad for the defense. It is going to show how calm and collected Zimmerman was after the shooting. This release is only going to further serve to convict Zimmerman in the court of public opinion.

One point about the "voice stress test" that Zimmerman supposedly passed and on which his release was partially based: While there is a great deal of controversy about the accuracy of such unproven pseudo-scientific "tests" all experts agree on one thing --- voice stress tests are worthless on anyone whose natal (birth) language is not the language in which the test was given. Zimmerman's natal language is Peruvian Spanish. No one should look at the voice stress test and say that it shows anything one way or the other.

But, as @JD says, it can badly backfire if the defense ever tried to use it. Fortunatelu for Zimmerman, voice stress tests are not admissible in any court of law in the country.

I am neither for or against either side in this case. I've not seeen the evidence. However: Calm and collective is not a good indicator of guilt. Shock may appear on the sufface as calm and collective. Also, people who train for conflict suituations and feel they acted appropriately - also may appear calm and collective. The external appearance of Zimmerman no more indicates if he is guilty or not than the external appearance any other person demonstrates thier true character. This kind of assumption is just one of the reasons eye-witnesses are the worst witnesses.

Calm & collected would be an opinion, just an opinion. Ever hear the truism about the people who glide effortlessly across the water, but underneath, the waters churn with those feet a'movin!? My own husband is one of these. And I want to share this with you: way back, he accidentally hit someone who jumped up in front of his car, on a curve, from a depression where he couldn't see her, on a wintry day. He hit her. He never even saw her. Did he slam on the brakes? No. He rolled down the road & then stopped. Then he sat there. Frozen. Absolutely frozen. Now, according to YOU, he would be calm & collected. Maybe some others would claim him to be cool as a cucumber. So, why did he act in this manner? Cuz just a few short weeks before this accident, his older brother was run over by a drunk while helping a colleague from work change a tire on a dangerous road. He died instantly, knocked even out of his own shoes. My husband's mind went to that immediately.

The judge probably realizes that the Internet has made a mockery of this case, so why not let it essentially be 'decided' in that same forum, in large part by releasing all the evidence?

Nothing posted in these forums helps or hurts Zimmerman or decides his fate... but it may show lawmakers and the courts that people are outraged by the use of deadly force by someone claiming self defense when the whole situation was avoidable. Stand Your Ground is not a license to kill. The use of deadly force and when it can be used is being blurred by Gun Lobbies and The NRA with creation of laws like Stand Your Ground and The Castle Doctrine selling their gun toting members a false feeling of deadly power .. A voice stress test is when the police have a suspect talk into a microphone attached to a laptop. Software on the laptop analyzes the person's voice for signs of stress. Originally there were high hopes for the voice stress test as a cheap, reliable replacement for the widely discredited polygraph. While a polygraph is fatally flawed because it reflects more of the examiner's opinion of the suspect's guilt than any other factor, the voice stress test is fatally flawed because there is no way of knowing whether the stress was caused by the person's guilt, buy the manner in which he has been treated by the police prior to the test, or to just the stress of the events themselves.

One thing that I have noticed is that Zimmerman has lost a huge amount of weight since he was booked. He was at 240 when he was booked (against Martin's autopsy weight of 151.) I am sure that his lawyer would claim that the events have "put him off his feed" or that jail food is not all that good. But I cannot wonder if Z is trying to get his weight down below 150 at the trial so that it will look like Martin was much larger than he.

Z doesn't seem to have much trouble lying in court. His jailhouse "coded" chats with his wife about transferring the PayPal money into her personal credit union account show that he knew exactly how much money he had collected to the dollar and then lied to the judge. He appeared to be afraid that his wife might be taking some of it in the process and not telling him. And he lied to his parents and in-laws about the money as well, causing them to take out second mortgages on their homes to spring him. I would imagine he was so paranoid because he said on his web site that he was raising money for his legal defense when, in fact, he was using it for living expenses. The withholding of his Peruvian passport was also a very, very bad thing to do, especially when he turned in his American passport. Things like this always make me wonder about what else he is lying about. And at the very best it is a serious indication that he does not make wise personal choices and is very capable of making false claims in court.

What this Judge is doing is allowing for a trial to happen in the court of public opinion rather than a court of law. It is nonsense to suggest that sealed evidence would be available for viewing by the public unless said evidence is unsealed and made public. So, how tainted will the jury pool be? They will have heard and read all the evidence prior to trial, what is the point of having a trial?

Is the case so weak for the prosecution that they have to resort to such behaviours? Apparently this is not a trial to determine truth, or guilt or innocence, it is a mockery, a kangaroo court. Polygraphs never stood up to any sort of scientific rigor. If testing was done in which the examiner and respondant were both unaware of whether or not they were using a real polygraph or an identical fake, the examiners could never get any better results than flipping a coin. In studies where the person was a fake and the examiner was given the information that this person probably did x, the chances of the polygraph agreeing with the bias were almost 90%.

Back when, I was trained as a military intelligence analyst and was taught exactly how to fool a polygraph, I was also being given polygraphs every six months as a part of the HRP. I always thought that was kinda wierd.

The reason that natal language is a real issue for scientists is that it helps identify how kids learn language and scientists (linguists and psychologists) are always looking to understand it. So, what they have learned is that bi-lingual or children who learned one language before 4 and them changed to a different language, both develop different linguistic pathways through the brain. (And neither ever developes very good language skills.) When an examiner asks a question of a person in their current language, he gets a completely different response if the question is asked in the natal language. That different pathways in the brain are being used for different languages also means that expressive features are poorly controlled. (i.e., Most bi-lingual from birth people seem to have more blank facial expressions.) It is not much of a stretch to think that natal language also effects stress responses in the voice as well as facial muscles.

Like the polygraph, there is NO scientific rigor to back up voice stress analysys and it will NEVER be admissable in court.

This one puzzles me. I thought the case was to be decided by a jury, not the public. I guess I'm for all of the evidence being released once the trial is over, but before the trial even starts? That's just weird to me.

I fully appreciate your opinion. All have one. My point is this - this has been tried in public opinion, world wide. He hasn't even been to trial yet, and he is convicted. I am sorry you might have missed the connection regarding the courts and EMR. While the EMR has nothing to do with the case itself, it shows the direction in which our courts are heading. Your medical records will soon be "public" for those who believe they are entitled to view them. IMHO, nothing should be released to the public as far as evidence, or discovery, goes. AFTER the trial and all is said and done, then release the transcripts for those who want to know.

Just as Judge Ito in the OJ Simpson, IMO, allowed his courtroom to be turned into part of the media circus, perhaps even a dog and pony show. I see history repeating itself in this case. Will the outcome be the same for Zimmerman, as it was for OJ? I hope so.

Is this judge saying that there is no chance of a fair trial, so they should just release all the evidence out to the media (as if THEY are going to be fair!) so that the case can be tried in the court of public opinion first? This seems really crazy to me! There's been very little that seemed fair about this case from day one. I hate it when cases are tried in the media! I am neither for or against either side in this case. I've not seeen the evidence. However: Calm and collective is not a good indicator of guilt. Shock may appear on the sufface as calm and collective. Also, people who train for conflict suituations and feel they acted appropriately - also may appear calm and collective. The external appearance of Zimmerman no more indicates if he is guilty or not than the external appearance any other person demonstrates thier true character. This kind of assumption is just one of the reasons eye-witnesses are the worst witnesses.

I disagree. The av. person who can imagine and put themselves in that situation would likely not feel calm or collected. The av person who would think someone is calm would likely use that as some indicator when thinking.

This judge has just gift-wrapped grounds for a legal appeal by releasing prejudicial information that should be saved for the trial. Yes, the Salem witch hunts are now in Florida courtesy of a federal judge's stupidity !

There are two things that act as protections against Z being railroaded. 1) A grand jury must certify that there is sufficient evidence to bring him to trial. While a grand jury does not usually hear anything from the defense side, their only charge is to find that the charge is a "True Bill" or a "Not True Bill." This has, for around 500 years, been a pretty good protection against vendettas and charges intended for harassment purposes only. 2) The judge must assess the case for validity as well. The case has to be strong enough to theoretically convict. If the case is too weak, the judge will then throw it out on the first day of trial in response to a defense motion. If the prosecution fails to address any charge adequately, the judge will also either toss the charge out or direct the jury to acquit on that charge because the prosecution has not made a sufficient case.

None of means that the judge is partial or biased. It simply means that in every step along the way the prosecution must make a viable case that has sufficient evidence to convict and that when the case goes to the jury that only charges that have been properly addressed are deliberated on.

Rave on. GZ could have requested a grand jury at any point, but he also agreed to bypass the grand jury. Since it is not customary to have a "defense" presentation to a grand jury and there was an actual dead body, then virtually any grand jury ion the would would return, "True Bill." For a grand jury it is very usual to presume that if there is evidence of a crime (i.e., a bank was robbed) and there was any evidence at all, they would return a true bill for "John Doe." All they are interested in is was there an actual crime and does the prosecution have a legitimate case against someone. They don't even care if the person has been identified. GZ skipped it because what good would it have done? Defense is virtually never allowed to address the grand jury.

Corey called Harvard and went on a 45 minute rant trying to get this guy fired, threatened to sue etc.. because she DIDN'T like his opinions of her and this case. Who knows what the truth really is based on what will be released? Unless you are a forensics expert, you don't know how to examine the evidence to come to a proper conclusion. The thing I don't look forward to is having all the legal pundits who will come out of the wood work to flood the news programs to give their spin on the evidence. Also we cannot be sure all that is released to the media will actually be allowed into evidence during the trial, so some people may be basing their belief on Zimmerman's guilt or innocence on evidence that never even gets discussed in the trial. Whether it has to do with questionable election results, purging the voter rolls of U.S. citizens, or releassing evidence to the media, Florida is a hot mess!

Unfortunately, different people take the same evidence in a different way. Having been in a position to watch people both die, and seeing the photogrophy of their autopsies, I can now look at them with no anxiety. The first time I saw autopsy pictures I was unable to eat for two days. There has been nothing brought out that would make me think George Zimmerman had seen enough in his life to kill somebody, whether in self defense, or not, and view it calmly. The police were there less than a minute after the shooting, according to the records. So, I would view his being so calm after killing somebody he thought was killing him, as proof that he wasn't in a struggle for his life. It indicates to me he was doing something he had thought out, and then executed. The jury would almost definitely have people who had already made up their minds, but had hidden that fact so that they could do what they thought was right in punishing, or exonerating him.

The people who will suffer the most from the release of documents and "evidence" in the case will not be Zimmerman or Martin. It will be Zimmerman's wife and the Sanford Police Department who will suffer the most from it. While the "evidence" that is released will incite a great deal of discussion, it would have come out during the trial anyway. But when people hear the jail conversations between Z and his wife, there will be almost no way for the judge to avoid keeping Z in jail until the trial and for the prosecutor to avoid prosecuting both Zimmerman and his wife for perjury and Z for "withholding means of flight." The Sanford Police Department can expect to come under a lot of fire for its failures to protect the crime scene properly, tampering with eyewitness reports, and trying to release prejudicial information against Martin to improve its own image. It's just a small town know-nothing semi-professional police department but few people will take that into account because of the SPD's actions. The mayor and new chief of police are already toast.

The voter screening in Florida is aimed at illegal immigrants. Only Latino names are being challenged and the law says that any challenged name will be removed unless the person's name is on a national database of US citizens. There is no such database. The closest thing is the passport database. Americans are the lowest industrialized country in terms of what percentage of its citizens have current passports. With only 1/3 of Americans having ever had a passport and only obout 29% of Americans having a current passport, this would mean that any name on the voter registration rolls in Floride can be challenged without giving a reason and can only be reinstated if the person is one of the lucky third that holds passports.

Chris, sorry to inform you that here in Florida, if you have a birth certificate that says you were born in the US , you may vote, you do not need a passport. Also, I do not know where you got the information that the roles are being verified against a national database of US citizens. You are correct, there is no such database and voting resitration is local, not national. When you get a driver's license in Florida, you need to show you are here legally, either by birth or by visa. If by birth, you are identified as a citizen in the DMV database, also being used to verify the voter roles. The voter registration role purging that is going on is not tyargeting only Latinos as you erroneously state, but is an attempt to ensure only US citizens are voting. if you do not want to prove you are a citizen, then I don't want you to nullify my vote.

I am talking about voter registration challenges. Sorry to inform you, but that is why the federal government is challenging the Florida law. It essentially permits the Registrar of Voters to challenge any name, not give a reason, and only requires the re-instatement if the person's name appears on a (non-existent) federal database of US citizens.

This has nothing to do with the registration process. This is challenging people who are already registered (and presumably provided the proof that you cite) with no reason necessary and then creating a path to reinstatement that does not exist. The Justice Department says that over 80% of the people challenged have "Hispanic-sounding names." As the second-most corrupt state in the country, it sounds about right.

A quick check on the internet tells me that the purging of state voter rolls is so blatantly anti-Latino that over hald the ststes Registrars are refusing to implement it. Hoist on your own petard!

Chris, sorry about getting back to you so late. I moved to Florida two years ago and went through the licensing and voter registration gamut. The State of Florida is not checking names of the 182,000 registered voters against a non-existent "National Citizens Database", they are checking names through the DMV access to the Department of Homland Security "Immigrants List" against the voters roles to see if any of the immigrants, both legal and illegal, appear on the voter registration roles. According to the NYT, "Some of the people on an initial list of 2,700 possible noncitizens sent to county election supervisors were either naturalized citizens or were born in the United States." Some of the 2,700 out of the 182,000 does not sound like a serious problem, but still a problem. The enactmant of the "Motor Voter" registration approach has introduced a mechanism for potential voter fraud that I hope can be dealt with equitably and justly. I hope the problems that arise when any action like this is taken will be dealt with and avoided in the future.

Sorry, but Haitians are not Latinos. Therefore, you cannot say that "only Latinos" are being targeted. You can't even say that only minorities are being targeted, though it does say that "87 percent of those on the 2700-person list are minorities." For some reason people seem to have this idea that if something "bad" happens and it happens mostly to minorities there has to be some kind of terrible discriminatory design behind it. What if it is not that minorities are specifically being "targeted" because of evil purposes of non minorities but instead it happens to be the case that most illegal aliens are minorities? Is that possible? Who do YOU think most of the undocumented workers are in Florida, anyway? Do you think they are minorities or non minorities? Could it be a remote possibitlity that maybe some non minorities are not so evil, and that maybe they are just trying to keep people who are not truly citizens from voting-or that maybe some people who are instituting these policies are minorities themselves who happen to feel the same way? (I've spoken to many who do, BTW.) Do you want people who are not American citizens to vote? Is it more important to you that people who aren't citizens not feel "targeted" than that only citizens vote? Can we use a little common sense here and stop trying to be so PC all the time?

I do think if they are going to do this sort of thing that they should go to great effort to help every citizen to be able to have the proper documents to be able to vote-whether homeless or whatever. However, citizens do need to take some initiative to get help themselves. No one should be discrimintated against in any way whatsoever. However, no non-citizen should be voting. Period.

Everyone seems to already come to a conclusion about Zimmerman, guilty or not. This not a pool from which to select an impartial panel of jurors. With these disclosures, I think the defense has a reasonable argument that a fair trial anywhere in Florida is impossible.

Since this is Florida, the jury will only have six people, not twelve. In Florida, criminal cases only have twelve jurors when capital punishment is a possibility. For anyone curious, the only time civil cases in Florida get twelve jurors is when the government is trying to take someone's land under Eminent Domain.

Basically, whenever the government is trying to take your land or your life.

The defense won't be able to successfully argue the impossibility of a fair jury, since the Voir Dire process is enough for both sides to choose jurors they deem impartial. Even if it takes a hundred potential jurors, they'll find six they agree on. Personally, I wouldn't even try to change the venue if I were Zimmerman, since Sanford is white, wealthy and conservative.

You have to wonder why Zimmerman fans are so worried about more pictures and videos and evidence being released. Were they happy in their own little world only reading half of stories and listening to whatever fox noise tells them they should think?

I've never seen a Zimmerman fan, a lot of Trayvon fans, that read half stories and interpet the law as they wan't it to be.. fact is, if Trayvon did attack Zimmerman first and banging his head on the concrete, the prosecution is going to have a tough time convicting him as Florida law clearly states you can use deadly force to protect your body from harm.

Yeah, who gives a bleep about the evidence? Zimmerman stood his ground and saved his own life from one of our own. The Zimmermans of this world are not to save their lives from our own.

The prosecution's case is faltering for a lack of evidence, i.e. reliable witnesses who do not change their stories. Zimmerman will probably be found not guilty from lack of evidence prove 2nd degree murder. Reasonable doubt is all that is needed and there is plenty of it here. Me? I think Zimmerman is a jerk and should never be allowed to handle, much less own, a firearm again. But legally I do not believe there is a case for 2D murder.

Gun owners were hoping the stand you ground law that Zimmerman is trying to use to justify his use of lethal force would protect them from jail. I believe that in some cases it actually has, but clearly the law is more harmful than helpful. It legalizes vigilante justice and any hot head with a gun who happens to hate your guts could potentially pick a figgt with you then cap you and claim self-defense.

Kevin - hate to say it, but you're wrong.

While some states are way better (or, worse, depending on your view), all he really has to prove was that he, or any other 'reasonable person' (now there's a fun one to define) felt that their alleged assailant met the triad for justified homicide: intent to harm, means to harm, and proximity.

You can argue that he did or didn't have these, In a 'normal' self defense case it would be up to the defendant to show a reasonable cause argument. However, with the way this has been handled, I think GZ only has to prove them enough to cause reasonable doubt.

The basic law in most of the country says that three conditions must be met in order to claim self-defense. 1) You must reasonably believe that the person possesses deadly force (even a 2x4 can qualify) 2) you must reasonably believe that the person wishes to do you bodily harm. 3) You must either have tried to flee or have no opportunity or ability to flee. Florida tried to soften these requirements by saying that you could "stand your ground" to protect your life or property (not just from bodily harm). The rest of the requirements stand. The actual law was written by NRA "legislative consultants" and is overly broad and poorly worded, one would suppose on purpose.

The problems that Zimmerman face are that a) there was no evidence that Martin possessed deadly force more than a bag of Skittles. b) prior to the confrontation (provoked by Z) there was no indication that Martin was any threat to Z. In fact, it was Martin who tried to flee. c) the police told Z to stand down and not to pursue Martin. d) It was Z who possessed deadly force, who demonstrated that he wished Martin bodily harm by pursuing him in defiance of police instructions, and who cut off Martin's attempt to flee. Given this set of circumstances, Martin's case for self-defense is hugely stronger than Z's. e) there is no law that gives you a right to self-defense against self-defense. f) SYG is not involved because this was a public area and Martin was a resident of the gated community --- Z simply had no ground to stand.

This is why Z was charged with 2nd Degree Murder (not 1st Degree which requires premeditation and not manslaughter which requires that there was no intention to actually kill the victim.) The whole trial will revolve around "what would a reasonable man have done?" And with the perjury and subsequent revocation of Z's bail and the arrest of his wife, there is little liklihood that Z will get any breaks from the judge. The perjury by the couple is admissible in evidence to impeach Z or his wife. The other thing that really screws him is that he will be held in virtual solitary confinement until the trial with very little contact with other people. This drives people crazy. All Z has to do is just act a little wierd, even if it is because he is temporarily disoriented because of the solitary confinement, and a jury will pick up[ on it in a very negative way.

He and his wife will almost certainly be convicted of perjury which, in this case is a felony. As convicted felons, neither Z or his wife will ever see then end of it no matter what happens. Even if acquitted, what will they say when people ask them who they voted for in the last election?

My question is: Where was Z's high-priced lawyer when all this was going on? Judges do not like it when lawyers fail to control their clients. Z's lawyer was certainly aware of the success of Z's fund-raising efforts? Did the lawyer keep quiet because he stood to be the end recipient of the PalPal account? Or did the lawyer let Z slide under the bus because he realized that Z was spending the PayPal money on living expenses instead of legal expenses and that he was likely to get stiffed for his bill?

And this won't be over even if Z is acquitted. There would almost certainly be a civil suit by Martin's parents. In a criminal trial, a conviction comes on "a reasonable certainty" but on a civil suit the standard is "by a preponderance of the evidence" a much lower standard. It is altogether possible that Z is acquitted in the criminal trial and is convicted in the civil suit ala O.J. Simpson.

The only problem you are going to have is that Zimmerman had injuries consistent with a person who has been attacked, you cant prove that GZ was not in fear for his life, and the evidence supports his version of the events. If Zimmermans lawyer has any brains, and Im pretty sure he does, he will say that the dispatchers statement of "he's running, which way is he running" as a request to get out of the car and find out which way Martin was running. After realizing that GZ was out of the car and following is when the dispatcher said "we dont need you to do that" and GZ replies "OK".

The one thing the prosecutor cant get around is the fact that GZ was attacked, the EMT and police will testify as to the injuries, and their consistency with someone who was attacked and beaten.

I also like Chris's post along with the other few who are definantly intelligent attorneys. Even when a case looks obvious as to the verdict, the complexity of law and how it is practiced by attorneys in any case can result in verdicts that seem illogical to the public (i.e. OJ Simpson). There is plenty of legal room in this case to allow a good attorney to win his case.

After the trial, yes, most of the time. Before the trial, not in most states, as foreknowledge of the details of the trial usually disqualifies jurors.

That wasn't why they got involved in it, they got involved because of the racial aspect of it. It all became racially motivated at that point, the SYG was immaterial.

This central Florida, if you lived here you would know that it was racial from the onset. It's not the individual bigot sort of racism that is the problem for the most part (even though there's still far too much of that), it's the systemic racism reflected by the nonchalance and inadequacy of initial response of the local police and DA. The same stereotypes that are fueling many of the posts on this topic is indicative of that very same systemic racism. How much time have you spent trying to read anything about the actual information about Trayvon rather than just relying on internet rumor and hearsay. To me it sounds like none. I have and I can tell with around 90% confidence that Martin was not what you are painting as a "ghetto thug".

He was middle class, A/B recently turned 17 junior in high school who was suspended for tardiness and potential theft that was never proved or prosecuted. He had hobbies like taking flying lessons, he was described by teachers and friends as a loving and happy person.

He was a typical teenager who thought of hip hop/thug dress as fashion and posed for some Facebook photos in the same way. Hip hop is all about that fashion and pretended tough attitude. MrDbrown, first he (Trayvon) was not getting back to his apartment, he was going to his father's girlfriend's house (what a lovely family that is). Second, regardless of Zimmerman's state of mind, the kid is not the twelve year old boy the media pictures, but a near adult football player with possible drug problems and definite school discipline problems. The trouble for the prosecution is Trayvon's character will be on trial, the circumstances of the break-ins in the neighborhood being done by people dressed like Trayon will be a factor and really troubling is that the only one who could really refute Zimmerman's story is dead. Legally, Zimmerman will probably walk or at least get a hung jury, unless the prosecution tries for not only Murder 2, but a lesser included charge of Manslaughter. With only Murder 2 on the docket, I think he walks on reasonable doubt.

By the way, I have seen hundreds of people high on MJ through the years, most are mellow, but some react in the exact opposite way and get hyper and paranoid.

Depends on the strain of marijuana you are smoking. I usually smoke a sativa which has upper qualities you could say. Meaning I don't snack, or sleep after smoking. But I get work done. The Indica strain, however; typically has the downer effect on people. Some people work opposite. However, i've been around thousands of MJ smokers, never seen a single one get violent; unless in self-defence; or if they were on other substances (mainly alcohol, but crack/cocaine and some other drugs as well).

However, the fact that Trayvon had minute levels of THC in his system indicates he was likely no longer under the influence. I haven't seen a report that gives the exact levels; but if it was at least eight hours from his last toke; then he was no longer under the influence. Which may help GZ's case.

How is one ever to know what EXACTLY is in the dope they smoke, shoot, snort etc.. Pot is often laced with very toxic chemicals meth, coke etc..are dangerous chemicals often cut with other dangerous chemicals and "angel dust" does NOT make you mellow!! Jenny, the released document can do nothing but hurt the prosecution as the defense can now argue that the entire jury pool is tainted with foreknowledge of the evidence. Zimmerman may spend time in jail, he may be convicted, but a higher court (without an impressionable jury) will probably erase the verdict and set him free.

When you cause the incedent, and find yourself losing, your right to defend yourself has left the building. Trayvon was in the area because he was suspended from school for the 3rd time that year and dad was to take him and try to starighten him out. Dad chose to go out with his girlfriend that night instead of being with his son. Dad choses NOT to ground Trayvon for his screw ups, chose not to make sure he had what he needed before he went out to have fun with his girlfriend, chose not to check in periodically to make sure Trayvon stayed home, chose NOT to worry about where he was after arriving back at the girlfriends house and NOT finding Trayvon there. My questions are: if the girlfriends son was at the house waiting for Trayvon why didn't he hear any of the ensuing commotion?? Why didn't he call his mom when Trayvon didn't come back?? Why did the girlfriend NOT call the dad, the mom or the police when she alledgedly lost contact with Trayvon?? How does it make any sense that Trayvons girlfriend did NOT notify anyone that something was happening to Trayvon???? Dad could have prevented the whole thing.
