Radio talk show host Bubba the Love Sponge, the performing name used by Todd Alan Clem, is shown attending the Adult Video News Awards Show on Jan. 12, 2008, in Las Vegas.
When a Florida shock jock threatened to "deep fat fry" a Quran earlier this year, Gen. John Allen, the commander of U.S. and NATO troops in Afghanistan, and CIA Director David Petraeus both reached out to Tampa socialite Jill Kelley to help tamp down what they saw as a potential threat to the safety of U.S. troops, according to emails released by the city of Tampa.
In the emails, Kelley -- indicating she was acting at the behest of the high level U.S. government officials -- asked Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn to intervene and get the radio disc jockey to stand down.
"I have Petraeus & Allen both emailing me about getting this dealt with," Kelley wrote to Buckhorn in a March 7 email. The day before, Kelley mentioned similar requests to Buckhorn from both Allen and Vice Adm. Robert Harward, deputy commander of the U.S. Central Command in Tampa. "I just got off the phone with Gen. Allen & Adm Harward," she wrote. "I'm going to need your assistance, vice versa with the potential crises we'll be dealing with."
The emails offer a new glimpse at Kelley's relations with top U.S. military officials -- as well as Petraeus, who had by then left the military to take the helm at the CIA -- shortly before she went to an FBI agent to complain about anonymous harassing emails she was receiving. The resulting FBI probe into what was initially viewed as a potential case of "cyber-stalking" led to Petraeus’ resignation as CIA director and triggered a separate investigation by the Pentagon inspector general into what has been described as "potentially inappropriate" email correspondence between Allen and Kelley.
Numerous government and law enforcement officials have told NBC News that the FBI investigation revealed that Petraeus' biographer, Paula Broadwell, had sent the threatening emails and that agents subsequently uncovered evidence that she had an extramarital affair with Petraeus.
Newer emails to Buckhorn also show Kelley's anxiety as the scandal broke last week and the media descended on her home.

/
Jill Kelley leaves her Tampa, Fla., home on Tuesday.
"Can you help out with obstruction by the paparazzi, since they're blocking our driveway, and continue to trespass on my property," she wrote Buckhorn on Tuesday. "My kids are scared and need their 'home' back."
In other emails to Buckhorn, Kelley referred to numerous social events with generals from Central Command – and referred repeatedly to Petraeus and others. One also described a post-election visit to the White House, just before the scandal broke.
"ps I'll be in DC this weekend with Petraeus, but let's set up a double date when I return!" she wrote to Buckhorn on Oct. 9, 2011. The next day, she added, "I'll be sure to send the Director your regards --should be another fabulous weekend in DC."
On Nov. 24, 2011, she wrote: "We just got back from spending the weekend with the Petraeus (it was Dave's 59th Birthday) and he said to send you his best! :) "
On Jan. 13 of this year, she wrote to an aide to Buckhorn: “I’m up in DC having dinner tonight with Gen. Petraeus and Gen. John Allen (he replaced Petraeus as the Commander in Afghanistan.)”
The email correspondence included an effusive account of a dinner with the king of Jordan, Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein. “The King and his sister (the Princess) are awesome people!” Kelley wrote to the mayor on May 16, 2011.
Kelley also sent a formal invitation to a party in her honor at the U.S. Central Command on April 19 -- forwarded by Centcom's chief of protocol.
"Vice Admiral Robert S. Harward, Deputy Commander, United States Central Command request the pleasure of your company at a ceremony in honor of Mrs. Jill Kelley," the invitation reads in part.
A military source said the party honoring Kelley was to formally give her the title of "Honorary Ambassador to the Coalition" -- a certificate given to private citizens who are "friends" of the base. Kelley used the title in her later email correspondence: "Today, I will be hosting a group of VIPs visiting from Afghanistan Pakistan Nepal, here by the authority of the State Department," she wrote Buckhorn on May 14. "As the Ambassador to the Coalition, I will taking them to Centcom with the great assistance of Gen. Mattis & Adm Harward." (Marine Gen. James Mattis is the commander of U.S. Central Command at MacDill Air Force Base.)
Broadwell, Kelley both were repeat White House visitors, official says
Kelley’s access to the military elite continued right up to this month. On Nov. 8 — just a day before Petraeus resigned as CIA director -- she emailed Buckhorn: “I was at the WH with my friends in the Administration this weekend—the stress was surreal! But glad POTUS has been re-elected!”
Kelley's emails referring to the comments about burning the Quran by the Tampa shock jock, known as "Bubba the Love Sponge Clem," reflected a genuine concern among U.S. military officials that they would endanger U.S. troops, a U.S. military official told NBC News. At the time, there were riots and deaths in Afghanistan over the burning of Qurans by U.S. soldiers.
"It was absolutely a concern," Lt. Col. T.G. Taylor, CentCom spokesman, said in an interview. Taylor said he personally called the disc jockey and told him, "Look Bubba, somebody's going to get hurt if you do this." He was "completely reasonable and said he understood," Taylor added.
Buckhorn, the Tampa mayor, told Kelley when she emailed about the issue that the city's police chief was handling the matter, but added: "This Bubba the Love Sponge is a complete moron."
For his part, the disc jockey told the Tampa Bay Times that he abandoned his plans to “deep fat fry” a copy of the Quran, the Muslim holy book, at the request of local law enforcement and credited Kelley’s role: “Probably she did get Intel to have me stop it, and that’s the problem itself,” he said.

The Bubba Army would never do anything to intentionally harm our troops. Bubba has done much for wounded vets, and their families, also many of our fallen officers families in our area. Bubba and his crew have done much for those in need for many years now.
Bubba Army checking in now transferred to Ohio. Bubba is pro troop and does alot for the community in general. He just calls them like someone would on the street and some can't handle handle the truth.
Jill Kelly is not a socialite but a hoe with an expensive dress. I hope he got pictures of their meeting and posts on the radio website.......
Yeah, and Bubba also did wonderful things for Hulk Hogan.
What a perverted and immasculated tool.
Please, spare us and I know you have never listened to his show. Most of it is a work for entertainment and Bubba broke alot of ground to a dull Tampa market. He put the others to shame and has a great staff. Been in MI awhile and have not heard the Koran deal but sounds like him. I guess he pulled back to not affect the troops so what is the problem?
The problem is this bioch who thinks she is the Secretary of State. I hope they smoke her out along with the rest of the hoity toiety Hyde Park crewe.
@ puh lease;
You do not even know what you are talking about. Way to digress. The first time I met Bubba was at a wal mart where he was collecting toys for needy children, I handed my donation to him personally, this was all the way back in the 90s, what have you done for your community lately oh perfect one?
Bubba Army rules! Puh lease just drools.
The working title of this article should read "Jill Kelley helped Military and CIA stifle free speech". At least she is easier on the eyes than Linda Tripp.
This gal sure likes to brag about where she has been
This whole thing stinks.....Jill Kelly is a Lebanese that has a special dinner with the King of Jordan and then a party with representatives from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Nepal. She comes from the Tampa area, where University of South Florida computer engineering professor Sami Al-Arian was busted for being the North American leader of Palestinian Islamic Jihad

She gets involved in a situation involving the burning of a Koran and hangs out at the White House where Obama (father was a Muslim) lives, and where his close adviser, Iranian born Valerie Jarrett, visits.
.
Coral Taxi, how come Bubba didn't know better than to say such a dumb thing? Freedom comes with responsibilities. It was an irresponsible thing to say on the air. I'm thinking of that preacher who burned a Koran. Wasn't that in Florida?

@susieq, you are correct about the preacher who burns or wants to burn korans is also from florida. I definitely would also like to go out there and burn some Korans and a couple of other things just to p*ss off those idiots in the Middle East that go around killing our troops and burning our flag. However, having been a soldier who has deployed on a number of tours I know better. These guys have the right to burn Korans and talk about it but in the end it endangers our troops. Bubba should show a lot more respect to the troops unless he wants to take their place. What's amazing is this Kelly woman. Like someone else said does the CIA and the military's top leadership really need her help to solve problems? That's just insulting and crazy. These Generals are also guilty of fostering friendships with people of low character. It makes the military look bad when she does all that name dropping and they write letters on behalf of her crazy family to the court. Both Generals owe the soldiers and the country more than that. The military men and women of the US do a lot and give up a lot for the country but at the end of each and every day it is still an honor to get to serve in the best military the world has ever known for this nation.
Why on earth are our military people enlisting the help of s socialite in the first place? This is beyond ridiculous and so classless not to mention a flagrant waste of tax dollars when these buffoons are supposed to be working for us.Let's hear Obama try to explain this fiasco to the American public.
those in charge are just people robbing the system...who cares ...
Isn't it strange how so many people from these middle eastern countries are suddenly turning up all over the place in high places. There is this socialite, then the one at the White House....they keep popping up. It seems those countries have placed their operatives here. I say we should boot them out of these sensitive places. They should get no where near our military and important institutions. That is like if during World War II, we had Germans and Japanese in the White House or on our military bases.
Again, very suspicious timing. Apparently a big Obama supporter too. I mean seriously, the woman that started this whole thing was partying at the White House with buddies in the administration days before Petreaus was advised to resign by the Director of National Intelligence???
You know Petreaus was "advised" to resign, HOW?
I come from a town where 2 of the 9/11 highjackers lived and worked while in this country so that makes me what? What is the implication of that? Do you realize how ridiculous that is?
You have go to be kidding me! The Director of the CIA and the Commanding General of CENTCOM are concerned about a radio disc jockey flaming the muslim fire, so they pick up the phone and call...Madam Vamp Tramp? Really? You have go to be kidding. What exactly did they think she could do to influence the situation that, say, the Mayor or Police Chief or president of the FCC couldn't have done. Why involve this woman? Sounds like just another opportunity for them to be in touch with her. Gentlemen, start your hormones.
rufusthedog - I come from a town where 2 of the 9/11 highjackers lived...........
So what? So did I. You either live in Boynton Beach or you are from OKC. Maybe you are underestimating the Muslim population around the Tampa area. We aren't talking about a few individuals....the place is loaded with them. I've met a few.
Lebanese socialite, Koran controversy, Jordanian King, Iranian adviser, Palestinian terrorist professor, parties with Pakistians, Muslim president........is no one else seeing a pattern here?
Seriously, try to keep up.

@Susieq;
Yes,and he took responsibilty and backed off of it, so why go on about it? We all say dumb things at times, except for you right Susie?
No mam, that was in Nome, Alaska, maybe you should move there and set them straight.(sarc) WOW! face palm.shakes head.
I am willing to bet Bubba does more for the troops and others in need than all those combined on this whole vine. I have listened to Bubba offf and on for 20 yrs and he holds the highest respect for the soldiers and Marines. He is informed by Brent who knows his stuff on the ME, they get emotional at times when stories of senseless killings of our soldiers and Marines over a book reach them, we all do.
The generals concern was for their troops not this woman. They will protect them withn any means possible.
The preacher that was going to burn Korans WAS from Florida
If Bubba the Moron was suggesting deep fat frying a Quran, then he doesn't always have the best interests of the troops in mind. I understand he's free to do whatever the hell he wants, and that some Muslim fanatics are prone to mindlessly overreact to cartoons and Quran burning, but sometimes it's necessary to forego a 1st amendment right to keep our troops from getting killed over cartoons or Quran burnings. I'm not suggesting we should never criticize the barbaric views of the Taliban and other Muslim fanatics, just ease up on the more inflammatory demonstrations of our disgust.
JW101 Jill Kelly is from outside Philadelphia she went to school at Lower Moreland with her twin and graduated in 93. Now for how she can become so connected... Imm ight think that she has a couple assets working for her.
This Fat guy Bubba wears a Christian cross on a neck chain...bet he never gos to church and that he takes the name of the Lord thy God in vain, even as he espouses hatred of other religions.
The Al Quaeda members are a well organized MINORITY of the largest religion on Earth, and so too the "Moslem Brotherhood" is a relatively small organization with members who are about as religious as Bubba is, and ranging up to men who are moderate Muslims, to extremist Muslims...JUST like the USA and Christianity has Evangelical Christians, Southern Baptist Christians, Snake handling and hated spewing Christians,Episcopalians,High Episcopalians and Christians who "talk in tongues".
Christianity is losing members by the millions yearly. This year , a man ran for President who believes that God is Adam, and that Jesus was merely a prophet, and that Adam (god) lives on a planet called Kolob with his many wives, including his main wife Gonoraa. Gods sons, called Nephites get to visit Earth just to have sex with Earthling-Mormon women.
These non-Christians also believe that the Moon and the Sun are occupied by 10 foot humanoids who live to be 1000 and who dress like Quakers; They also have 4 secret handshakes and passwords and believe it is OK to lie,if YOU believe that god (Adam) will benefit from your lies. Mitt Romney is a Bishop in this church, his bishopric is located on Brattle Street in Cambridge,Mass.

Even into 2050 Christianity will far surpass Islam. Islam is actually losing followers by the thousands, not that it is truly relevant, but you come off so pompous I felt the need to set you straight.
I wonder how many more of these name-dropping, socialite whores prowl the corridors of power in the nation's capital.
Just shows as to why conservative-n-republicans wants to now portray a dialogue, that messing with the imagery and holy books of Islam does not offend Muslim people; and if it does, then too bad; they must learn to accept Americans constitutional rights. As a result Dr. Susan Rice has no purpose to be Secretary Of State; from the right-wing point of view.
Republicans are selfish, being stupid and becoming vile.
Someone is definitely suffering from Delusions of Grandeur." Wow, Miss Kelley please take your meds the shrink provided you next time you host a meeting with the President at the White House in his honor! I knew she was a jaded diva! I really feel sorry for the chump that married her.
So let me get this straighth.....the CIA reaches out to enlist the services of a bored housewife in matters dealing with troop security? SMH....
Exactly! Who is this woman and why is she involved in our national security in any way, shape or form!
The nice thing about her is that she never name-drops.....
Because some chicks put out to get ahead. Some guy will let her get ahead as long as they get a head too.
Because learn your history. In a nutshell; Ben Franklin used a call girl ring to get the French men to come over to America's side. Then at a crucial time in battle, Washington used a prostitute to keep a British general occupied allowing his troops a great escape and re-group.
Way back Esther danced for Xerxes, King of Persia.....(a story of history from the Bible)
It so happens, a pretty woman with a tight wet grip........works all the time.
Sonya in TX - It sounds like you hit the nail on the head! There is so many Army Regulations he violated that a conviction should be hands down to do! Conduct Unbecoming of an officer; failure to properly store and secure classified material; disclosing classified information to an NGO who was not authorized to view such information, Bigamy, etc....take your pick, all are Court Martial Offenses.
What a Skank! She deserves everything she has coming!
Is that the only picture the media has of her? that pink dress is hideous, it fits like a gunny sack. You'd think with all the money she has that she would be able to afford something decent to wear. And what the hell is Bubba the Luv Sponge? He looks like a pimp.
No, there are also these pictures of David Petraeus and Jill Kelley together at the CENTCOM party...they appear pretty close.
http://cryptome.org/2012-info/petraeus-kelley/petraeus-kelley.htm#screen
and you can't see the rack on her, you are the stupid one, but more serious, we have been at war for so long Generals are becoming rock stars, the last time I have known the names of this many generals was studying the civil war or during the Vietnam war. Generals need to be seen and not heard and now Petraeous can, as another general said, "just fade away". There will always be people that just need to be around power and somehow find their self-worth, not from anything they have done but just being close to people who do have lives. An empty shell is what she is with some very serious financial problems. If she was invited to the WH I don't understand why they are not vetting people more.
She deserves what she gets for what exactly? Looks like there were times when she was expected and even asked to drop names.
She deserves 5-10 for bilking people out of money they donated to her scam charity.
I give up...is this real? This is like Saturday Night Live...
Seriously...I mean really? Really?
I don't know what I should be more concerned about....
But...
Also, the military should be defending freedom of speech, not trying to "silence" it. Otherwise, we just need to start censoring everything on TV and in music since everything is offensive to someone.
I do not agree with the whole deep fat fryer thing but all I can offer is this poem as to what these Generals should live up to...
IT IS THE SOLDIER
It is the Soldier, not the minister
Who has given us freedom of religion.
It is the Soldier, not the reporter
Who has given us freedom of the press.
It is the Soldier, not the poet
Who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the Soldier, not the campus organizer
Who has given us freedom to protest.
It is the Soldier, not the lawyer
Who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the Soldier, not the politician
Who has given us the right to vote.
It is the Soldier who salutes the flag,
Who serves beneath the flag,
And whose coffin is draped by the flag,
Who allows the protester to burn the flag.

Why does an ARAB ( KELLEY ) have sex with an ugly old man ???
It surely isn't LOVE !!!
BUT---It's an easy way to get secret information to sell to certain people for a lot of money !!!
Last I knew: A " SOCIALITE " wasn't one of the top paying jobs in this country.
On the otherhand---Socialite does rhyme with prostitute !
@ JRS I am glad to see someone else is as frustrated and angry about this whole situation also. I spent a number of years in the military as a 12B and when things were really tough I always believed that at least we had well trained and caring leadership at the highest levels. I don't know how I would motivate myself in the same situation now. I mean, soldiers know that even the Generals need a break also and that they take their families out to dinner and enjoy themselves when they are not home. You just trust that at the end of each day they are still trying to figure out a way to complete the mission and get you home safely. I feel bad for the young military men and women downrange now. Not only do they still face the same daily stresses of a combat zone but they now know for sure that some of these guys are nothing more than commissioned Yahoos. How much did Patraeus really believe in the Army values if after only two months out of the service he had an affair. Now General Allen is exchanging flirtatious email at the very least with a consumate name-dropping, lying socialite. I wouldn't feel good about these being the guys to lead me in a combat zone and I would be having a heart attack if my son was there under their leadership. It seems like the problem stems from the culture of the upper echelons of the military more so than just these two guys made bad decisions.
then you say
Hypocrite...
@ Chris...
It's is time for a civic lesson. The first 10 Amendments to the United States Constitution are called the "Bill of Rights", these amendments were ratified on December 15, 1791.
The 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution is:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
As a former Officer of the Armed Forces of the United States, I took an Oath, it read:
“I, (state your name), having been appointed a (rank) in the United States (branch of service), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
You call me a hypocrite. Look up that word...
hypocrite: a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings.
I do not contradict my beliefs...for I believe in the freedoms granted by the US Constitution.
However, you fail to recognize what it says in the text of "It Is the Soldier".
For example, I revere the American Flag. I do not like or agree that people should burn the flag. In fact, I wish that the Flag Desecration Amendment would have passed. Putting what I like aside, I understand the greater good, freedom. The flag-burning cases of 1989 (Texas v. Johnson) and 1990 (United States v. Eichman) resulted in a ruling by the Supreme Court which accepted non-speech actions such as flag burning applied to freedom of expression and freedom of speech and thus were protected under the First Amendment. The ruling of the United States Supreme Court stated "if there is a bedrock principle underlying the First Amendment, it is that government may not prohibit the expression of an idea simply because society finds the idea offensive or disagreeable."
So, the Supreme Court ruled and the law of the land, the US Constitution, protects burning the flag under the Freedom of Speech.
My Oath was to the Constitution of the United States...I do not have to agree with something or like it, but if it is protected by the US Constitution, I sure as hell will defend freedom and your right to do it.
Yeah I took the same oath in 91. The 1st Amendment is a dear friend of mine, I use it daily here on the 'vine. Yet every time we allow people to do sh*t like burn Qurans, we send yet another wave of ignorant Muslim insurgents against our troops overseas. That's not speculation. It's a fact. How many people died after they found out about that burn pit full of Qurans at Bagram? The answer? 6 Americans and 30 Afghan soldiers were killed by their fellow Afghan soldiers as a direct result of that. That's just from shooters who admitted the reason for the murders. Who knows how many others were killed due to that.
How about Terry Jones. The pastor who threatened to burn 200 Qurans, which set up protests which killed 20 people. Then when he actually went thru with it later, even more people were killed including UN staff.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_Mazar-i-Sharif_attack
When does your right to free speech trump the right to life, when you KNOW that your actions will result in the deaths of people? Hide behind your 1st Amendment claims all you like, but then you should then be the person that has to inform that wife/mother/sister/children that their loved one died because you chose to exercise it.
@ Chris from Yucapia, After reading your reply to JRS I went back and read all of the post a couple of times again. I think that you either read too deep into his post or just misunderstood him. The thing about the internet is that you only have one shot to make your thoughts perfectly clear to everyone. Most of us just want to express an opinion or vent not write a novel so often times people get angry for nothing. I'm know that you probably understand all of that without being told I just thought it bears repeating. Like I said, I read through JRS's post and I don't think he was being hypocritical. I think JRS was saying that he was appalled or flabergasted that a socialite had the gall to try and silence another American. And that he didn't approve of the way she went about doing it (name dropping, contacting the mayor and playing up her importance and position....).
JRS didn't expound on the topic but I took it for face value that he didn't agree with the Koran burning because of the effects it has on the troops downrange. At the end of the day I can't speak for JRS as he seems more than capable of doing that but that was my take on what he said. Chris, I think you jumped the gun on him and simply read into his statements. Perhaps you could have asked for clarification before you resorted to name calling.
@Chrisleads
While I disagree with your assessment of what JRS meant, I upvoted you for your post. It was well intended and thoughtful.
High ranking military and intelligence officials tell you that you may be able to help save the lives of American troops by "persuading" one individual to not carry out an act that ultimately will do nothing but endanger lives. Even for the staunchest supporter of freedom of speech, I think you at least try for the persuasion.
I'm not saying nothing is rotten in the state of Denmark, cause it is, but pulling whatever strings necessary to prevent even more troops from death is the least any of us who have not served can do.
I know the military bravely and selflessly fight for our rights to free speech (and others) but I do not think it unreasonable for us to sometimes relenquish that same right in the name of saving the lives of the honorable. Bubba bit his tongue because ultimately, he knew it was the right thing to do, even if it was a pretentious, unncessary socialite who got the ball rolling on telling him so.
@disgusted-356628
Well said.

What a name dropper. SHe annoyed me in almost no time flat.
With all these truly odd-ball players .... this story has all the elements needed for an "X" rated Simpsons cartoon.
Bunch of cheap, trashy military groupies.
couldn't agree more...jill kelley and paula "the broads-not-so-well,but the generals-all-in, wink-wink" broadwell epitomize the trashy military groupie. Gotta luv a man in uniform, right ladies?
They're both running a few bricks short of a load. LOL...jill kelley..."secret agent 99, maxwell smart".
Is the US Army / USMC senior officer corp so effed-up they need "...Tampa socialite Jill Kelley..." to help out in the national arena? The bit@h can't even pay her credit card bills...and tries to claim "...I'm a diplomat!... ." This is totally pathetic. George Patton & Chesty Puller Petraeous & Allen sure aint!!!!
It looks like Jill Kelley's little empire is tumbling down. We do not need the Jill Kelley's in this country destroying good men and using people for her own good.
She is TOAST. Wait until the IRS gets a hold of their tax returns. Her husband doesn't look too happy with his trophy wife lately. My guess is a divorce is on the horizon. She will end up like her sister and judge will deem her mentally ill like her twin sister
destroying good men? sounds like they made the decisions to let her into their circle. Poor judgment.
Thanks Jim - These grown men who attained unthought of levels of intelligence and power cannot be absolved of the lion's share of responsibility in this scandal. Their positions are supposed to be drowned in the exact type of self-discipline and honor that they have failed to demonstrate.
"destroying good men.."
Cry me a river! When do "good men" take responsibility for themselves and their behavior? Just asking...
Broadwell and Kelly are both "double-agents!" One has the cover of a biographer, and the other a socialite. The military and the CIA are "asleeep at the switch." it is time to put the "eagle-eye" on these two "double-agents" from the world of there fabricated world of "make-believe," and get to the bottom of this deal before they "give away" for "big bucks" in secret bank acounts. Why would anyone outside an organization have more inteerest in the goings-on inside the organization than those already members of the organization. They either are "double-agents," or they two egos out of control with some kind of mental issues.
WACKO's is my guess but not discounting the other possibility or they could also be WACKO double agents
That is my feeling...these women are foreign spies.
What ever happened to the time when conspiracy theories were relegated to small blogs and crazy, small portions of the Internet walled off from the rest of society?
And what do your supreme powers of assumption feel about which nations they are spying for? Does your crystal ball of logic tell you that? Are you saying that the mightiest individuals in the mightiest nation in the world were folied by two average looking middle-aged ladies?
If so, there is no hope for anyone anywhere.
what have we all become....I want Ward & June & Ozzie & Harriet back
Just another Florida oinker in heat, whoring her way to the top........ she went military because she couldn't climb her way out of the cellar in the corporate world. This pig makes ugly look good!
Did anyone check the varacity of her claims ? Was she with these people when she said she spent time with them?

“The King and his sister (the Princess) are awesome people!” Kelley wrote to the mayor on May 16, 2011."
But, it's true. The King and the Princess are AWESOME! No, really, they are!
Good grief.
Just another dumb and shallow name-dropping woman trying to call attention upon her to obtain social notoriety and other benefits. I am amazed that such top brass generals and other officials do pay attention to these "socialites" ("whores" would be more appropriate). Seems like these officials are also very shallow.
The thing is she is just not a socialite....She is a LEBANESE socialite, having dinner with the King of Jordan, involved in a Koran controversy, hanging out at the White House with IRANIAN born adviser Valerie Jarrett.
Oooh! So she gets it on with other Lebanese socialites! I bet that's hot.
You've all been warned! The top CIA an military officials have been duped and your average, everyday citizens on MSN have figured it out!
I may have to stir fry a Koran with snow peas and bamboo shoots unless Jill Kelley orally copulates me within 24 hours.
Big ol cross prominently displayed on his chest to make sure everyone else at the adult video awards knows he's a good christian. I'm not religious myself so I'm not affected, but I ask you god fearing folks out there isn't there something wrong with that picture?
Wow...
Everybody here should know that Bubba is an entertainer. He has done some great things for this community. However, his personal life began spiraling out of control in the past year. (Hulk Hogan Sex tape scandal) (His ex-wife slept with Hulk - BFD!)I cannot imagine that General Patraeus or any other military brass would even bother with him...isn't that Homeland Security's Department? He has said some bizarre things this year...burning a Quran to say the least. (I wasn't listening to the show, but I can only imagine he was mocking the Pastor in North Florida.) I think it's all about the fame to him, and remember - even bad press is PRESS.
The problem is the same problem as with Rush. People choose to pretend that what they are saying is not for entirely entertainment purposes and then they build their lives around what they say. Why do you think so many on the Right are radicals? Because they listen to and believe in everything that Rush et. al. say.
...isn't that Homeland Security's Department?
Nah - they're too busy directing the TSA to keep searching old women's bloomers and babies' diapers for bombs and other threats to national security!
"And these are the DAYS OF OUR LIVES."
How many more days in a row do we have to see a story about this over-rated housewife with nothing to do in life except invoke her imagined "privileges" and stick her big nose in other people's business? She is nowhere near as important as she thinks she is. Just another busybody who hasn't accomplished anything in life, except to marry a rich guy. This is news?
The sad part is that they aren't 'imagined' privileges! Apparently, she and her fake breasts are quite attached to Petraeus, Allen, Buckhorn, etc., who for some strange reason find her (as opposed to an overweight, poor housewife) worthy of naming her Ambassador to the Coalition, an actual title. Almost makes Bubba the Love Sponge seem respectable! Almost ....
Jill Kelly is the ultimate name dropper...a typical D-lister struggling for acceptance by people of actual accomplishment.
And what's with that gawd awful pink bag dress that the trampalite was donning?
Hideous. And the dress stunk too.
Nipple rings... you can see them through the dress.
Or maybe it's just made to LOOK like she's wearing nipple rings.
Why does she keep allowing herself to be photographed in tight dresses that show her nipples? All that's missing is the hooker heels......
How awesome is it that Ms. Kelley inadvertantly threw her friend (and who knows what else) "Dave" Petraeus under the bus and ruined his career? AWESOME!!! Will someone get these pesky reporters off my mansion lawn?!
These two whores are a disgrace to the military uniform. What in the world was Petraus and Allen thinking? These gals are trash and physco's. If they wanted to be ambassadors of goodwill for the military, do sopmething for the young lower ranking troops instead of spread your legs for the high ranking brass.
Petraus and Allen can do better,What a disgrace to their wives after so many years. Kelly look like a walking silicone producer and Broadwell look like some head butted her and she lost all the hair off her forehead. Oh, thats the hair Petraus used to make his tupae.
